We're delighted to introduce our newest OneVision Account Managers, Rachael Spall and Emily Gardiner.
Both Rachael and Emily bring with them the vital skills and experience needed to become a OneVision Account Manager which when combined with lift management practices taught to them by their team, will see them excel in their roles.
Rachael joins with a background of working in the travel and recruitment industry which can be very demanding and sales-driven. Most recently, Rachael worked as a Vet Receptionist which she found very rewarding. Her excellent communication and organisational skills will help her to succeed in her new role.
Emily previously worked as a Corporate Account Manager for a logistics company, managing customers' lease vehicles refurbishment, collections and deliveries. Emily has a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn new skills which along with her strong customer service experience and communication skills, will help her settle into her new role quickly.
We spoke with Rachael and Emily to hear their thoughts on joining the ILECS team and here's what they had to say...
