Lift Consultant
Are you a Lift Consultant looking for a change? We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ideally based in North London
- Prepared to travel
Here is a taste of what you will be doing:
- Develop, manage and expand client accounts for the complete range of ilecs’ services
- Formulate, write and issue fee proposals
- Carry out site surveys, maintenance audits, and risk assessments
- Formulate and issue reports
- Manage projects to company standards including writing specifications, tendering, evaluations, meetings, reviews, payment certificates, witness testing, etc.
What we are looking for in you:
- Sound and detailed lift & escalator sales background – both new sales and existing (modernisation, maintenance), advantageous
- Knowledge of standards and codes
- Project management, on-site works experience and best practice
- Sound technical background and advantage – previous field-based positions a plus
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or similar qualification
- Previous work experience for a known or LEIA registered lift company for a minimum of 5 years
- Previous work experience as a consultant for a minimum of 2 years
- A good education and relevant academic qualifications
- Commercially astute with good time management and productivity skills
- Good people management skills are desirable
Desirable qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 or HNC
- FdSc in Lift Engineering
- MSc in Lift Engineering
- NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications
Role details:
- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: Competitive depending on level of experience
- Location: Remote from home
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days

Client Account Manager
We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Client Account Manager to join our OneVision team.
Here is a taste of what you will be doing:
As a OneVision Client Account Manager, you’ll look after a portfolio of clients across different sectors, building strong relationships, coordinating with lift contractors and insurers, and keeping everything running smoothly. If you’re organised, proactive, and love solving problems before they escalate, you’ll fit right in.
What we are looking for in you:
- At least 3 years’ experience in account management or customer service (lift industry experience is a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Great attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients
Role details:
- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: Competitive depending on level of experience
- Location: Office the Mistley. Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days remote from home may be offered after completion of probation and/or training).
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days
