More than 500 property professionals will come together for one day, as they attend the ARMA Annual Conference 2023 taking place on Friday 6^th October 2023 at 133 Houndsditch, London.

The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) is the leading professional body for residential managing agents in England and Wales, and the annual conference helps firms of all sizes unravel the main challenges faced in the residential property management sector.

ILECS have worked in partnership with ARMA for over 20 years, providing clarity and understanding about the lift and escalator industry to ARMA and its members. As leaders in the industry, we set the standard for lift excellence by delivering lift management training courses and bespoke tech talks in addition to:

The conference agenda

The full programme for the ARMA Annual Conference 2023 is yet to be announced, however, delegates can expect the agenda to include updates and debates on key issues within the residential sector, including:

• The Property Institute (TPI) Updates – TPI activities and the organisation's policy work delivered by The Property Institute CEO, Andrew Bulmer.
• Business Toolkit 2023 – A drill down on the challenges faced by businesses of all sizes, covering recruitment, staff wellbeing and the impact of the cost-of-living crisis.
• Energy & NetZero – What needs to be done today to ensure blocks meet future targets?
• Building Safety Panel – An interactive panel discussion will work through the legal, health and safety, and operational considerations relating to new building safety regs.
• Legal Updates – Significant cases have passed through the courts in recent months. Help on how to keep on top of landmark property cases and their implications.
