We are pleased to announce that ILECS will once again be Platinum Sponsors at the ARMA Conference on Thursday October 13th 2022 at etc. venues, 133 Houndsditch, London. This fantastic venue is where the conference was held in 2019, and will host a packed programme of talks, breakout sessions and networking opportunities taking place from 9:30 to 17:00.

ILECS has a long history of exhibiting at the annual ARMA Conference, and particularly as Platinum Sponsors in 2017, 2018 and 2019. As Covid-19 impacted public events, the 2020 and 2021 conferences were held digitally, so we are delighted that 2022 marks a return to physical events and allows us to meet faces new and old in person once again.

This year's timely theme is 'Resilience & Reform', supporting firms to weather the impact of recent changes in the residential property management sector. These include wide-ranging changes to building safety, energy prices, legal cases, and staff resilience.

One of the key changes that this year's event will highlight is the Building Safety Act, which has now been enacted into law. A panel conversation with sector-leading experts will allow managing agents to clearly understand their responsibilities with regard to legislation, operations, and health and safety.
