ARMA Conference 2019 - Tomorrow's World

The ARMA Conference 2019 is fast approaching and we’re excited for a new interactive and engaging format being introduced. It will be ILECS' third time as platinum sponsor and we look forward to seeing some new and familiar faces at the event.

What is the ARMA Conference?

The ARMA Conference is an annual conference for the Association of Residential Managing Agents and is an essential date in the diary for anyone involved in the management of long leasehold residential property. It is the sector's leading event for leasehold professionals where the big issues are addressed by a variety of key speakers.

This year’s conference theme is 'Tomorrow’s World' and will look directly at the implications that Government changes and offering an insight into the future of residential block property management in an engaging and interactive new format.

The conference will include:

  • What will the sector look like post-regulation?
  • The housing reform
  • Building regulations and the Residents’ voice
  • Inspiring and getting the best from your people

When is this year’s Conference taking place? 

The event takes place on the 17th October 2019. Delegates can register from 08:30 and the auditorium opens at 09:00 with the conference starting at 9:30. There will be a variety of speakers and breakout sessions throughout the day and the conference will finish at 17:00.

After the conference, a drinks reception will be held from 17:00 - 18:30 to round off a memorable day.

Where is the Conference being held?

This year’s event takes place at the etc.venues conference centre, 133 Houndsditch. It's an exciting new venue that only opened earlier this year and offers delegates the largest conference space in London on one easy-to-access floor.

The venue is located at 133 Houndsditch, Liverpool Street London EC3A 7BX. You can access the venue easily from the train, as it is just a short walk from London Liverpool street station.
