Whether it be their management and administration of the lift contract, to a full condition survey and refurbishment, the advice and expertise ILECS provide ensures that health and safety requirements are met, and the lift maintenance costs are fair and reasonable. ILECS have provided Broadoak with advice on numerous lifts including our largest project of twelve lifts where they provided a condition survey, specification of works, tender exercise, and the project management of the phased refurbishment.
