Every year, we make a Christmas donation to a charity of choice rather than sending Christmas cards, and this year we will be donating £500 to each of the following charities:
SANDS
Sands is a UK charity that works across the country to support anyone affected by the death of a baby; improve the care bereaved parents receive from health care and other professionals; and reduce the number of babies who die by funding research and working closely with other organisations to create a world where fewer babies die.
CLIC SARGENT
CLIC Sargent fights tirelessly to stop cancer destroying young lives. They help families by providing grants and free accommodation close to hospital to help with spiralling costs. Their care teams are on hand to help with everything from receiving treatment closer to home, getting back into education and accessing benefits. CLIC Sargent lobby government to make sure they get the support they need.
BLUE CROSS
Each year, thousands of cats, dogs, small pets and horses turn to their animal hospitals, clinics and rehoming services for treatment and to find them the happy homes they deserve. Meanwhile, their Education and Behaviour Teams prepare future pet owners to take responsibility and look after their pets for life.
