Who is responsible for CDM duties on a lift project, and can you act as Principal Designer?

The Client has duties to appoint the right roles and ensure arrangements are in place. If more than one contractor is involved, a Principal Designer and Principal Contractor are required. We can support CDM compliance and, where appropriate to the project and appointment, act as Principal Designer.
