What testing and handover checks are completed before the lift is returned to service (witness testing, snagging, O&M manuals)?

Handover should include commissioning and safety testing, functional checks, any agreed witness testing, snagging and close out, and receipt of O&M manuals, logbook, warranties, as built information, and relevant certificates and declarations before the lift is placed into normal use.
