Meet the ILECS team at IRPM & ARMA regional seminars

ILECS will be attending the very first joint regional seminar events hosted by the IRPM and ARMA, coming to a city near you. The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) recently merged to become the Property Institute (TPI), and as a result, they have created a series of seminars for property professionals to attend. Our display space will be in the refreshment area throughout the day, allowing delegates to speak to our team and find out more about ILECS' lift and escalator consultancy services.

The aim of the regional seminar programme is to combine a packed programme of industry-leading speakers covering key challenges for the sector with networking opportunities in your area. Attendees will also have the opportunity meet with colleagues and suppliers from both regional and national locations. A full programme of topics and speakers will be released in due course, which we will be announcing on our LinkedIn.

Attendees can expect the following at each event:

• Update from The Property Institute (TPI) – The CEO of TPI will explain the merger between ARMA and the IRPM, along with recent activities and news.
• Legal Updates – Key regional law firms and Partners will be sharing their insights on the most significant cases in that region.
• Building Safety Update – With new regulations on building safety, property managers will be talked through the latest developments in a discussion and Q&A by legal, operational and health and safety professionals.
• Scenario Workshop – Delegates will be put to the test with a fictional case study scenario, allowing teams to work together to navigate legal, regulatory and operational challenges.

Tickets for ARMA and IRPM members cost £89 for the Early Bird tariff, and £139 thereafter. Non-members are also welcome to attend, with tickets costing £150.
