ILECS welcomes new OneVision members to the team

We’re excited to welcome our four newest members to the ILECS team, as OneVision continues to grow!

Introducing our OneVision Account Managers Chris Blowers and Jake Hearn:

Chris previously worked as an operations manager within the motor industry for 6 years whereby he was responsible for 3 big functions and gained his ILM level 3 qualification; the skill set he learnt during his time is easily transferrable. “This is a whole new chapter in my career and I am looking forward to learning more. I already feel settled as everyone within ILECS has been extremely accommodating, thanks team!”

Jake has over 7 years experience in the customer service industry, with his previous role being in recruitment. He is able to build relationships quickly and can easily maintain realistic client and candidate expectations. Jake feels he has settled into ILECS quickly, thanks to the very welcoming and friendly team, which has given him the platform to attack this new challenge head on.

And our OneVision Co-ordinators Clare Brooks and Cassie Waterfield:

Clare has joined ILECS having come from a background as a career police officer of 25 years. Since retiring from Essex Police she worked as a hospital safeguard lead in Colchester. Clare’s previous employment taught her the importance of accuracy in inputting data and she isn’t shy about asking her new colleagues questions while she settles in to her new role. Clare says “I knew ILECS was a really good company to work for with two family members already employed here, so was very happy to join when the opportunity arose.”

Cassie previously worked in various secretarial and admin roles for property management and construction companies. Cassie says “I am really enjoying my role here at ILECS and being part of great team. Everyone has made me feel very welcome and staff are really made to feel valued.”
