The ILECS team are pleased to welcome Jayne Jones, our new OneVision Account Manager. Jayne will be working alongside our existing OneVision account managers, to ensure all client lift portfolios are managed to ILECS’ high standard.
Jayne joins ILECS after making the decision to venture down a slightly different path in her career. Previously working as an architect, Jayne will bring a new perspective to the ILECS team and our OneVision service offering.
We spoke to Jayne to find out what experiences and skills she will bring to her new role as an account manager.
She said, “Having spent many years working on the design side of lifts, often in coordination with lift consultants, I feel well suited to now look after lifts as a OneVision Account Manager."
Jayne continues, “My training has taught me to be detail-orientated, as even the smallest bits of information when handled properly and with care can make all the difference to a successful outcome. Managing a lift portfolio is not unlike coordinating the various design and service elements in architecture, as all the components of the customer experience as well as health & safety must be in place, must be robust, and compliant with relevant regulations. Also, I am very accustomed to chasing after information on behalf of the client!”
