The ILECS team are pleased to welcome our new Assistant OneVision Account Manager, Evelyn Kuntz.
We are committed to providing our staff with professional development opportunities, enhancing and creating new and varied roles within the company. This includes enabling junior or entry-level staff to explore their career progression within ILECS.
OneVision is our dedicated lift management system, providing clear information on various issues relating to lifts. Our lift portfolio management service aims to reduce the costs associated with maintenance, callouts and repairs over a year long period, which in turn saves our clients both time and money. To this end, we are now training Evelyn Kuntz as our new Assistant OneVision Account Manager, to assist with this service.
Over the next five months, Evelyn will be working under the supervision of a OneVision team leader. Evelyn will be taught the basics of the role and will provide support to the OneVision team of account managers. After settling in, Evelyn will be studying for a LEIA Distance Learning Qualification, the Basics of Lift Technology Unit.
We spoke to Evelyn about how she is feeling since starting her new role, she said, “I would say I have settled in well. I am understanding so much each week as the team are very attentive and knowledgeable, and I’m pleased to get to do a variety of different tasks”. She continues, “My co-workers are very friendly and helpful – they have really made it easy for me to settle in”. Before joining ILECS, Evelyn achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics and Nutrition Science and she aims to “contribute to the company’s success” by bringing a fresh perspective.
