ILECS team welcomes new members

Laina and Julia from OneVision

As part of our commitment to excellent customer service as we continue to grow our business, we are delighted to welcome our latest members of staff to the ILECS team. Although some of our team have adopted a hybrid or remote working pattern, many people are based in our brand new office in Mistley, allowing our employees to work in an accessible, welcoming environment. The ILECS team is made up of a diverse range of ages, backgrounds and interests, bringing their unique skill sets to benefit our clients in the lift and escalator industry. We spoke to our newest team members about their previous roles, and what they are looking forward to in their new positions with ILECS.

Laina Brock, our new OneVision Coordinator, will provide assistance to the OneVision Account Managers with the successful running of client portfolios, inputting all related documentation to our system. Laina was previously an accounts administrator for a Customs clearance agency, and has a great deal of experience with accounting and HR programs. She also loves a spreadsheet, a valuable skill as part of the OneVision team! When she joined ILECS, Laina was most looking forward to working for an established company that values its staff and gives the opportunity for progression. Julia will be responsible for managing clients' lift and escalator portfolios, and liaising with them when they get in touch by phone or by email.

Also joining the team as a OneVision Account Manager is Julia Richmond. She has spent over 20 years working in customer service in a variety of roles, including 8 years with Argos managing their financial services sales opportunities, and 10 years with Clarins UK Ltd developing sales and treatments within the health club industry. She is eager to work with an enthusiastic team to deliver great customer service and learn about a completely new industry. We are looking forward to working with all of our new staff, and wish them every success in their new roles with us.
