This year, ILECS are attending The Workplace Event in Birmingham from 5th to 7th April. Taking place at the NEC, the show is an evolution of the popular Facilities Event and brings a wider scope and sharper focus on employee experience and workplace performance in the facilities sector.

Day One: Exploring Our Digital Future

Geoff White, Technology Correspondent for Channel 4 News, examines the different technologies that are influencing the way that we go about our daily lives, and both their positive and negative impacts.

Day Two: What the Workforces Want

Cally Beaton, Senior VP at Viacom and accomplished comedian and business mentor, will outline the role of leadership in the ever-changing modern workplace. This will cover inclusivity and the expectations of future generations.

Day Three: The Importance of Mental Fitness in the Workplace

Now more than ever, mental health and wellbeing is a topic that is dominating boardrooms across the globe. Jonny Jacobs, mental health expert, discusses breaking the stigma of mental health in the workplace, and supporting employees to achieve their potential.
