ILECS are newly exhibiting at the Healthcare Estates Conference 2023

ILECS are pleased to be exhibiting at the Healthcare Estates Conference for the first time, on the 10th and 11th of October 2023. The healthcare estates conference is the UK's largest event for healthcare engineering and estates management professionals. With over 200 exhibitors, 3500+ attendees, and 50+ speakers, delegates have the opportunity to discover new products, services, and solutions. In addition to this, delegates are able to engage with the issues shaping the sector, through a multi-stream programme of keynotes, presentations and workshops.

Who are ILECS?

ILECS are independent lift and escalator consultants who work with clients across the UK, providing all the help they need to effectively manage their lifts and escalators. We produce specialist independent reports, manage lift and escalator projects professionally, write maintenance contracts suiting our clients' requirements, and supply a bespoke lift portfolio management service.

We can help healthcare estates and facilities management professionals by:

• Assisting with the completion of their Premises Assurance Model (PAM)
• Undertaking the role of Authorising Engineer (Lifts) in compliance to HTM08-02
• Preparing their lifts for PFI/PPP handback
