This new contract will entail us continuing to use our innovative lift management system OneVision, part of the comprehensive lift administration service designed to save our clients time, money and stress. The service provides the Trust with technical advice and accurate reports for the successful management of its lifts.

The entire ILECS team have a keen understanding of the requirements, expectations and demands of delivering services within health properties. Lifts are essential to the smooth operation of any hospital as they are critical to the movement of patients, staff and visitors.

Our unique industry knowledge, built up over years working in the healthcare sector, and with public bodies, made us an ideal candidate to monitor any maintenance work undertaken on the Trusts’ lifts, as well as the overall condition of the lifts.

ILECS director, Carl Snell, said, “It was a real pleasure to be awarded the Cambridge University Hospital Trust’s contract for another 5 years, allowing us to build on an already good working partnership with the Trust. Expanding our service and knowledge of the HTM 08-02 Lifts was fundamental in winning this tender and confirming ILECS as the go-to consultant for the role of Authorised Engineer Service for Lifts within the healthcare properties.”
