Staffing changes at ILECS

As ILECS continues to grow and develop as a business, so does our team. Several of our staff have recently changed roles and been promoted into positions of higher responsibility, making this an exciting time to work with us. These changes have taken place across all areas of the business, from Director level through to OneVision account management teams, consultants, IT, and marketing.

There are plenty of opportunities to progress at ILECS, with development schemes in place to support staff through professional industry qualifications such as those through the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA). Several of our team members are pursuing specialist qualifications in their areas of work as part of their continuing professional development.
