ILECS Welcomes Charlotte Tunbridge to the OneVision Team
ILECS is pleased to announce that Charlotte Tunbridge joined the business in November 2025 as an Account Manager within the OneVision team. Bringing a strong blend of organisational, operational and people-focused experience, Charlotte will support clients across the UK with their outsourced lift management requirements.
As independent lift and escalator consultants, ILECS is committed to simplifying lift management for clients at every stage of their journey. A Strong Operational Foundation
Charlotte joins ILECS with proven experience across administration, customer service and leadership roles.
In her previous positions, she:
- Managed order processing, CRM systems, logistics and transport budgeting
- Oversaw credit control, payment allocation and account follow-ups
- Provided executive and cross-department operational support
- Set up and managed a new branch as Office Manager
- Delivered strong B2B and B2C sales performance
- Managed stock sourcing, administration and director-level support
This diverse background has equipped Charlotte with a deep understanding of operational efficiency, process improvement and client relationship management, all key components of successful lift portfolio management.
Supporting Clients Through OneVision
ILECS’ OneVision service is built around proactive management, transparent communication and dependable, independent advice. As an Account Manager, Charlotte will:
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients
- Support compliance with LOLER and wider statutory obligations
- Liaise directly with lift contractors
- Review quotations and expenditure
- Help clients make informed, commercially sound decisions
