What is The Property Institute?
The Property Institute is a professional body for residential property managers in England, Scotland, and Wales. With a legacy of over fifty years’ experience in residential property management, The Property Institute originates from the merger of The Association of Residential Property Managing Agents (ARMA) and The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) in March 2022.
The Property Institute now represents a significant proportion of the sector, and maintains its work with the Government to ensure that new and proposed legislative changes are achievable for members, and implemented for the benefit of all clients and residents.
