For the second year in a row, ILECS will be exhibiting at The Workplace Event 2023 held at The NEC in Birmingham from the 25th - 27th April 2023. The Workplace Event 2023 is the home for workplace and facilities innovation where workplace leaders and change makers meet to be inspired, share best practice and source leading suppliers to create more effective working environments, employee experience, and accelerate organisational performance. Over the course of three days, the event will host over 3000 workplace & facilities management professionals and over 40 expert speakers delivering over 30 hours of content. Attendees also have the opportunity to meet with over 100 exhibitors including ILECS.
ILECS are independent lift and escalator consultants who work with clients across the UK, providing all the help they need to effectively manage their lifts and escalators. We produce specialist independent reports, manage lift and escalator projects professionally, write maintenance contracts suiting our clients’ requirements, and supply a bespoke lift portfolio management service.
New for The Workplace Event 2023 is the Workplace Leaders Summit discussing the workplace of tomorrow and two new themed content theatres entitled ‘The Knowledge Hub’. The theatres will cover a variety of topics from wellbeing to digital, with case study examples and presentations to outline innovations in the modern workplace. Tackling hard-hitting but timely topics and discussing key global developments from the past few years, we are aiming to takeaway an array of industry insights from the leaders in workplace performance and experience.
Key programme details for the Leaders Summit are as follows:
A morning session discussing how organisations are navigating the VUCA - volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous - world, following global events of the past five years and the resulting impacts on the workplace.
During the afternoon, attendees are invited to begin brainstorming solutions to the challenges previously discussed that morning.
The morning session will explore new mindsets, strategies, tactics and business models in the future workplace.
The afternoon is a fun interactive session entitled ‘Have I Got Workplace News for You’, mirroring the format of the well-known television show.
Day three delves into the digitisation of the workplace and the effects this may have on employees.
Followed by a live podcast from Workplace Geeks in the afternoon, interviewing a leading academic about technological changes to end day three. Please find further event details on The Workplace Event website.
