We are thrilled to announce that a team from ILECS will be attending the ARHM Annual Conference in Taunton on 21st June 2023.
Founded in 1991, the ARHM has developed a significant role in managing leasehold retirement housing. Their mission is to continually raise the standards within the sector by promoting best practices and ethics amongst those working in retirement housing. The ARHM now represents 55 member organisations that manage over 100,000 retirement properties in the UK. The event will include guest speakers and entry-level training sessions around Service Charges & Leasehold Management.
