AUE Conference

First published:

The countdown is on for the AUE Conference 2026, and we’re looking forward to exhibiting at one of the most anticipated events in the higher education estates calendar.

Hosted by the Association of University Engineers (AUE), this year’s conference will take place at Leeds University on the 9th and 10th September 2026 under the theme ‘Engineering the Future of University Estates’. The annual event brings together university estates engineering and sustainability professionals from across the UK to share knowledge, discuss emerging challenges, and explore innovative solutions for managing and developing university estates.

What is the AUE Conference?

The AUE Conference is a longstanding industry event designed specifically for professionals responsibile for the management, maintenance, and development of higher education estates. The conference provides an opportunity to hear from industry-leading speakers, participate in practical workships, and network with peers facing similar operational and strategic challenges.

With a renewed focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing, the 2026 conference programme has been designed to encourage meaningful conversations between delegates, exhibitors, and sector experts, helping attendees identify practical solutions that can be applied within their own institutions.
