ILECS have been shortlisted for an award!

ILECS are thrilled to have been shortlisted for the 'Partner of the Year' award at the ARMA Ace Awards coming up next month. The award category recognises the ARMA Partner firms that have made a significant contribution to the efficiency, cost savings and overall performance of ARMA Members in the last 12 months.

Our partnership with ARMA has been long standing for over 15 years and during this time we've been able to help members both large and small with their lift requirements.

In addition to being shortlisted for an award, we're also pleased to be sponsoring the 'Apprentice of the Year' category, an award for ARMA Members who are undertaking a government approved apprenticeship scheme.

The shortlist for the Apprentice of the Year is:

• Hettie Carpenter from Burlington Estates
• Amy Lowe from Warwick Estates
• Chloe Morgan from Michael Laurie Magar

The shortlisted individuals have been judged on:

• Fulfilling potential - how the apprentice is actively working on their strengths and also developing in their other areas.
• Making the most of learning opportunities - actively putting themselves forward to shadowing.
• Observing meetings.
• Developing their professional skills including office applications and letter writing.
• Being on target with their assessments.
• Fitting in with their team - having good people skills and also relationship building.

What are the ARMA Ace Awards?

The ARMA Ace Awards are a glittering dinner and ceremony to celebrate the excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK's leading managing agents and the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders. They also recognise the external suppliers to ARMA Members who supply excellent products and services to Members.

When and where is it taking place?

The event will be taking place between 6pm - 1am on Friday 5th July 2019 at Tobacco Dock in London. Tobacco Dock is ideally situated at the heart of London's thriving enterprise zone. It is one DLR stop from Bank and a stone's throw from Tech City and Canary Wharf. If you're driving, the post code is E1W 2SF and on-site parking is available via Park Jockey.
