Rob Chambers – Technical Lift Consultant
Rob joins ILECS as a seasoned consultant with over 10 years of consultancy experience and more than 15 years in the lift industry. A Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and a member of CIBSE, Rob specialises in electro-mechanical systems, holding ONC, HNC, and HND qualifications in electrical and electronic engineering.

Scott Thurston – Lift Consultant
Scott brings over 30 years of lift industry experience, covering everything from engineering and surveying to senior leadership and commercial delivery. A CIBSE member with IEng certification, his background includes directorships and consultancy roles that reflect his deep understanding of lift systems from both technical and strategic angles.
Scott is known for delivering value-led, compliant outcomes that blend technical authority with commercial awareness.
