We have an exciting opportunity for a positive person with a can-do attitude. We are looking for an experienced client account manager to join our OneVision team.
Client Account Manager
As a client account manager, you’re part of a team responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts across different sectors.
You are required to build and maintain good client relationships, communicating effectively with them, lift contractors, and insurance companies.
Client account managers respond to client queries and resolve any issues within company guidelines. You will be managing and prioritising tasks and, when required, escalate issues either internally or to external stakeholders in a timely manner ensuring that a full audit trail is maintained in our internal system.
Job Details
- Competitive salary
- 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Fully office-based during the initial training period, after which hybrid working will be offered
What we are looking for in you:
- Previous experience in an account management role or within the lift industry
- A minimum of three years customer service skills
- Office working background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of organisation
- Ability to think outside the box and use initiative
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet external/internal deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Strong client facing skills
